As an acquisition manager for my company Reliant Group Management LLC we are constantly looking to acquire suitable multi-family projects that fit our business model. As a company we have acquired over $2.25 Billion worth of real estate assets, approximately 21000+ units, throughout CA and the US. Having family roots in Santa Cruz County I have a special affinity to the area and wanted to find the right properties which would enable Reliant to have a presence in the Santa Cruz market. The Seller had received from numerous other qualified groups, offers to purchase these properties. The negotiations,timing, and satisfying the Sellers exchange needs were challenging but Andy assisted every step of the way and we collectively got the job done right on time. The Seller had both reverse exchange and forward exchange needs to be met and the fact that one of the properties was an affordable housing property overseen by HUD added another level of complexity to these transactions.
